Do you offer managed WordPress hosting?
Every Web Hosting plan includes one-click WordPress install through the Plesk control panel, with auto-SSL, daily backups with one-click restore, server-level brute-force protection, and a managed CDN included. A fully managed WordPress setup, with managed updates and one-click staging, is coming soon. There's no separate "WordPress hosting" tier to upsell you into.
What's the difference between Managed Cloud and Managed AWS?
Managed Cloud runs your workloads on our hardened cloud infrastructure with predictable monthly pricing, well-suited for most growing businesses. Managed AWS deploys into your own AWS account with full enterprise compliance, region selection, and AWS-specific services (RDS, ElastiCache, etc.). Choose Cloud for simplicity; choose AWS for control or specific compliance requirements.
Can I migrate from GoDaddy, Bluehost, SiteGround, or WP Engine?
Yes. Migration is included on every plan at no cost. We handle DNS, file transfer, database migration, SSL reissue, and email reconfiguration. Typical cutovers complete within 24 hours with no customer-facing downtime; complex moves (large databases, custom stacks) get scoped longer up-front.
Do you offer a staging environment?
Not yet. One-click staging is coming soon as part of our managed WordPress setup. If you need a staging copy of your site in the meantime, reach out and our engineers will help you set one up.
