We plan it before anything moves

Moves from Google Workspace, Gmail or another provider are scoped with you before you commit: what gets moved, how the cutover is sequenced, and how long it takes. We do not do surprise downtime.

STEP 3

We run it after

Your domains, email and hosting sit in one dashboard on one bill. When something needs a person, a case goes to an engineer rather than a queue.

Do you only work with businesses in Phoenix?
No. Squish is based in Phoenix and works with businesses across the US. Everything we set up is managed from your Squish dashboard, wherever you are.
Is this the same Microsoft 365 I would buy from Microsoft?
Yes. Squish is an authorized Microsoft 365 reseller, and your tenant belongs to you. For some tiers buying direct is cheaper, and we will tell you when it is. Where we fit is when you want the setup, migration, DNS and ongoing support included on one bill with your hosting and domains.
We already pay for Microsoft 365 through Microsoft or GoDaddy. Can we switch to Squish?
Yes. The self-serve wizard at squish.co/migrate-email moves the billing relationship to Squish without touching your mailboxes. Same logins, same data, zero downtime, and no migration fee. You can schedule it for your current renewal date so you never double-pay.
Can you move us from Google Workspace or Gmail to Microsoft 365?
Yes, as a scoped project rather than a button. Open a case from the Help Center, or ask the assistant, and we will plan it with you before you commit: what gets moved, how the cutover is sequenced, and how long it takes.
Which Microsoft 365 plan do we need?
Business Basic gets you Teams plus web Office apps. Standard adds desktop Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Premium adds Defender, Intune device management and Entra ID single sign-on. Most teams settle on Standard; regulated industries usually want Premium.
How do we reach you?
Two ways. Ask the assistant on squish.co for an answer on the spot, or open a case from the Help Center for a written record and a case number. A case goes to an engineer, and we typically reply within one business day.
